A jury found appellant, Paulo Jose Sanchez, guilty of the offense of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, namely cocaine, weighing more than 200 grams but less than 400 grams, and, after finding that appellant used or exhibited a deadly weapon during the commission of the offense or during the immediate flight therefrom, assessed his punishment at confinement for fifteen years and a $40,000.00 fine. In six points of error, appellant contends that his trial counsel rendered ineffective assistance of counsel during both the guilt and punishment phases of the trial, the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to sustain the jurys finding that appellant used or exhibited a deadly weapon during the commission of the offense, and the trial court erred at the punishment phase in not charging the jury on parole law and all of the applicable terms and conditions of community supervision.
